From 20 to 23 March in Cologne (Federal Republic of Germany), the international food technology exhibition ANUGA FOODTEC 2018 was held. The event takes place once in three years and is the largest event in the industry.
АМАТА SCALE’s participation in the exhibition as one of Russian manufacturers was supported by Rosspetsmash Association, the Ministry of Industry and Trade of Russia and Russian Export Center.
Director of ANUGA FOODTEC 2018 Matthias Schluter said that he was very glad to see the Russian exposition at the exhibition, noting for the first time such active participation of companies from Russia.
This time, we presented to the visitors the multihead weigher KATE-214-R in the version made of corrugated metal and the checkweigher-metal detector AMATA-MD-CW.
AMATA SCALE equipment was presented together with VFFS Pitpack M3M (TAURAS-FENIX).
All the equipment of Russian factories on the first day aroused considerable interest among the guests of the exhibition. In particular, entrepreneurs from Greece, Germany and India were interested in AMATA SCALE products.
For the whole time of the ANUGA FOODTEC 2018, the specialists of AMATA SCALE Company conducted dozens of substantive negotiations with representatives of companies from Brazil, Norway, Finland, England and Australia, preliminary agreements were concluded for the sale of equipment to Slovakia, Pakistan and Azerbaijan. Great interest in Russian machines was shown by entrepreneurs from Cuba.
Commercial Director of AMATA SCALE Darius Navickas during the exhibition said:
The trust in Russian equipment in the world is growing, we can clearly see this on our Russian stand. A very big excitement, people are really interested. Of course, while it’s too early to talk about the results, but we expect to start partnerships not only with European companies, but also with Latin American and even, perhaps, with Australian ones.
