On February 7, 2019 AMATA SCALE participated in a meeting on the opening of joint branch departments with domestic industrial enterprises for the further creation of high-tech industries. During the meeting,discussions were held on the development of domestic packaging engineering, the creation of joint industry departments, as well as the possibility of participation of machine-building enterprises in programs for targeted training, work experience and professional internships.
The meeting was attended by representatives of federal and regional authorities, as well as representatives of relevant associations and machine-building enterprises, including the Chairman of the Committee of the Council of the Federation on Agrarian and Food Policy and Environmental Management S. Mitin, Vice-Governor of St. Petersburg E. Elin, Deputy Director of the Department of Agricultural, Food and Road Construction Machinery of the Ministry of Industry and Trade of the Russian Federation M. Elkina, Chairman of the Committee on Industrial Policy and Innovations, Y. Kalabin, Chairman of the Committee on Science and High School A. Maximov, Vice-Rector for Educational Activities, Doctor of Pedagogical Sciences and Professor of the Saint-Petersburg Polytechnic University of Peter the Great St. Petersburg State University FSUEE E. Razinkin, as well as managers and representatives of some of the leading enterprises in the field of mechanical engineering in St. Petersburg.
AMATA SCALE was represented by the company’s general director Nikolay Ivanovich Zalomov, who is also a member of the Committee of Food Equipment Manufacturers of the Rosspetsmash Association.
In addition to the already mentioned issues, they also spoke about the implementation of an investment project for the construction of new buildings of a manufacturing enterprise, which will be able to provide 800 new jobs and will allow production of up to 250 units of packing and packaging equipment with a volume of more than 2.4 billion rubles a year.
After the meeting, the meeting participants participated in the production bypass, which was conducted by Sigitas Mitskus, President of Tauras Phoenix. Representatives of the authorities and enterprises now have the opportunity to see for themselves the most advanced equipment in the packaging industry, including products from AMATA SCALE: unique models of combinator weighers, quality control equipment and dispensers, allowing for single-piece packaging of any product.
