Today we are pleased to present to your attention our new product — a system for mixing different types or varieties of a product. This unique system was developed by AMATA specialists for one of the largest confectionery factories near Moscow. The main objective of the project was to create the possibility of implementing synchronous emptying of several food bins with the formation of a mixture of different varieties of sweets.
Now we offer similar solutions to a wide audience of manufacturers of both food and non-food products, since the new system allows you to work with various types of products.
Structurally the system is a set of tensometric supports on which food silos are installed. Thanks to strain gages, the system automatically controls the weight of the product in each hopper. The received data is transferred to the AS-Intellegent smart system, which determines the calculated mixing ratio for the simultaneous emptying of all bins.
From the product bins, the product enters the metering weighing baskets, which measure the predetermined proportion of the product, and then to the discharge conveyor. The resulting mixture can then be transferred to the filling and packaging zone or through the production line for further processing.
