ABOUT THE EXHIBITION
interpack is the essential event for the food, beverage, confectionery, bakery, pharmaceutical, cosmetics, non-food and industrial goods sectors.
No other trade fair in the world represents the entire supply chain. And at no other trade fair does the packaging industry provide all industry sectors with tailored solutions and innovative designs based on such a variety of materials.
This year interpack will be held from May 7 to 13 at the Messe Duesseldorf exhibition center.
AMATA SCALE EXPOSURE
This year, AMATA equipment will again be presented as part of the collective pavilion of Russian manufacturers with the support of the Ministry of Industry and Trade of the Russian Federation and the Russian Export Center. The exposition will be formed under the brand “Made in Russia”, which guarantees foreign consumers the reliability of manufacturers and the safety of manufactured products.
This time we will demonstrate a whole line for high-speed packaging of bulk products. This will be the largest project of the Russian pavilion. The line will be supplemented by AMATA inspection equipment, as well as a filling machine from our partners. Filling and packaging line will be demonstrated in action, so that visitors can see the work of high-quality and high-tech Russian equipment with their own eyes.
The main elements of the AMATA SCALE exposition:
Multihead Weigher АМАТА KATE-214-R
The KATE-214-R combination weigher will be presented paired with the PITPACK TWIN vertical packaging machine from our partners. This line provides the possibility of filling the product on two streams simultaneously. The multihead will be equipped with a special product dispenser, which is designed to send finished doses to different streams of the packaging machine. This principle of operation allows high-speed packaging of the product - simultaneously on two streams. Kinematic line speed can reach 120 doses per minute. In the basic configuration of the weigher - selection of the recipe for the barcode, the ability to integrate into the production management system, online camera in the product download area.
Conveyor Metal Detector АМАТА-MD
Conveyor metal detector allows checking product packages for metal inclusions. The presented detector recognizes particles of ferrous metals, stainless metals and non-ferrous alloys in bags up to 150x50 (WxH) mm in size. The sensitivity of the metal detector frame depends on the physical characteristics of the product and environmental conditions, so it is selected individually for each project. The kinematic speed of the tape of the demonstrated model - up to 50 m/min, can be adjusted from the control panel. In the basic configuration of the metal detector - collection and storage of statistics, the ability to integrate into the production management system.
Dynamic Scales АМАТА-CW
Dynamic scales (checkweigher) are designed to control the weight of finished packages with the product in the stream. The demonstrated model is designed for bags with a width of up to 150 mm and a weight of 10 g to 1.5 kg. The kinematic speed of the tape can reach 50 m/min with the possibility of regulation from the control panel. User-friendly interface provides ease of use and full information on the work process. Statistical data can be viewed online both on the control panel and on a remote computer. The checkweigher basic configuration contains light and sound alarms, statistics collection and storage, the ability to integrate into the production management system.
Sorter АМАТА
Sorter is an optional device that can be equipped with a checkweigher or metal detector AMATA. The sorter shown in the line is two consecutive pushers. One of them carries out rejection of packages with an advantage or underweight, and the second - packets with metal inclusions. Thus, metal bags are stored separately as a potentially hazardous product, and it is easier to dispose of them in the future. Screening is carried out in perforated metal baskets with special protective elements.
