At the end of 2020 AMATA SCALE multihead weigher went to work on the production of flavored and tender meat chips in the Moscow region.
A standard 14-pocket AMATA KATE-214-R dispenser is ideal for most bulk products, including meat or fish snacks. The maximum productivity of this model is 120 cycles / min, and the basic package already includes: a system for selecting a recipe by a barcode, an online camera in the loading area of the dispenser and the ability to connect to the automation system at the customer’s production site.
The corrugated design of the metal parts of the dispenser in contact with the product eliminates the sticking of chips and improves the hygiene of the filling process.
