The AMATA team recently completed the development of a new counting weigher, this is a fundamentally new line of dispensers. Now we start break-in and testing a new machine on different types of products.
Counting weigher is designed to work with a small-piece product, for example, with tablets, dragees or chewing gum. Dosing process is carried out one by one according to a given amount.
Our first model of counting weighers consists of two levels of vibrating chutes, each tray contains five product streams. The rated capacity of such a dispenser is up to 50 cycles per minute.
The head of the design department of AMATA Evgeny Kunitsyn said:
For us, this is an interesting, new topic. By the dosing in Russia, according to our data, almost no one is involved, so the demand for such equipment is high, and there are very few proposals. At the moment, our new dispenser can count small fractions, about 5 millimeters in size, but we will not stop there and plan to develop a whole line of counting weighers for different types of product.
AMATA SCALE plans to demonstrate for the first time a new counting weigher at AGROPRODMASH 2018, which will be held from 08 to 12 October at the Expocentre Fairgrounds (Moscow).
In addition, our novelty can be seen at the Gulfood Manufacturing exhibition from 6 to 8 November 2018 in Dubai (UAE).
