AMATA SCALE will take part in the exhibition AGROPRODMASH

The main Russian exhibition of food and processing industry «AGROPRODMASH 2018» will be held this time from October 8 to 12 at the Expocentre Fairgrounds.

Multihead Weigher KATE-214-KR: In the stainless steel version, the weigher is designed to work with Korean salads, sea kale salads, seafood and other similar complex products. Due to the unique design of the multihead, KATE-214-KR is able to process various pickled salads, excluding their sticking to the elements of the food tract. Also, due to the original design features, the KATE-214-KR weigher is easy to operate and maintain, and the updated version of the software gives the equipment new, more convenient functionality.

Checkweigher with Metal Detector АМАТА-MD-CW: In a special version is designed to control the packaged products by weight and by the presence in the finished packages of metal particles. The sorter helps to separate the packages by weight and by the presence of metal. Increased dust and moisture resistance allows you to use equipment for working with a damp product, for example, with cottage cheese.

Multihead Weigher KATE-210-R: Multi-purpose weigher for packaging a wide range of bulk products. Ten weight pockets allow you to achieve speed up to 70 doses per minute. The updated version of Easy Soft Real Time (ESRT) software simplifies the process of controlling the weigher and makes it more convenient. The presented model KATE-210-R is made of smooth stainless steel and is ideal for weighing cereals, pasta, cookies, candy, chips, nuts, etc.
