On October 29-31, 2019 the 6th International Specialized Exhibition of Equipment and Technologies for the Production of Food and Beverages Gulfood Manufacturing 2019 was held in Dubai (UAE).
Traditionally thousands of guests from different countries came to visit the Dubai World Trade Center to see the whole variety of filling and packaging equipment with their own eyes these three days .
For the second year, AMATA SCALE presents its equipment in the framework of a joint stand of Russian manufacturers with the support of the Russian Export Center and the Ministry of Industry and Trade of the Russian Federation.
As part of the exposition booth guests were able to familiarize themselves with the KATE-210-R universal weight combinational dispenser, which is designed to work with a wide range of food products — nuts, wheat, millet, rice, couscous, bulgur, chickpeas, sesame, pasta, coffee beans, tea, cookies, muffins, sweets, candies, etc. Thus, the presented multihead KATE-210-R is able to work with most products manufactured in the countries of the Middle East.
KATE-210-R dispenser was demonstrated as part of a filling and packaging line with a PITPACK 1004 N vertical automatic machine designed for gentle packaging and packaging of products in three-seam bags. The work of the line was shown in dynamics by the example of packaging of confectionery products. The productivity of such a line is up to 70 packs per minute.
All visitors of the AMATA booth noted the high quality of Russian equipment from metal processing to software. It is safe to say that domestic equipment is becoming more and more popular every year in foreign markets.
